Having spent three seasons working as a physical therapist in the National Women’s Soccer League, I’ve seen up close and personal what injuries and rehabilitation in this population look like.

ACL Boot Camp

It’s no secret that Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries are far too common among soccer players, specifically females. I’ve seen first-hand how devastating this injury can be and how grueling the rehab process is.

My goal is to make that process easier for you so you can feel confident mentally and physically when you return to the field.

That’s why I’ve created the ACL Boot Camp, a comprehensive rehab program designed specifically for those who are dealing with an ACL injury.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is an effective, efficient, and safe form of treatment for many musculoskeletal issues, especially when combined with other types of physical therapy. However, there can be times when dry needling alone may be appropriate. For instance, maybe you have completed a round of physical therapy for a specific injury but are in need of maintenance treatment every so often. Dry needling can help provide further improvement in this situation as well as others.
